Units / Weekly Program
Work Ordered Day
Members have opportunities to gain experience through the work ordered
day at the Clubhouse by working in specific units and undertaking
projects.
Administrative Unit
The administrative unit is responsible for word processing, database
management, preparing the Clubhouse newsletter, keeping an updated
mailing list, preparing brochures, filing, record keeping, computer
classes, outreach to members.

Kitchen Unit
Kitchen Unit activities include menu planning, cooking, cleaning,
washing dishes, preparing meals, setting tables, shopping, food for
special events, outreach to members.

Vocational Program
Job development and placement, resumes and interviewing skills, job
coaching, employment support dinners, long-term follow-up with employed
members, "fill ins" on transitional employment positions, coordination
with Colorado Rehabilitation Services.

About Chinook
Chinook Clubhouse is a program dedicated to enhancing the recovery of men and women with mental
illnesses. It provides opportunities for members to live, work, learn, and socialize while
contributing their talents in a community of mutual support
The Chinook Clubhouse works with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to offer
transitional employment opportunities.
The Chinook Clubhouse is a program of The Mental Health Center Serving Boulder and Broomfield Counties, Inc.
